Propagating Workshop - Begonias

Attendees will learn different methods of propagating begonias and how to determine if a begonia is royalty free and can be propagated without restrictions.

The Harmony Library Writers’ Group is now meeting in the summer! Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow writers who work in all genres and forms. Bring a sample of your work to read and get feedback.

Members find meeting monthly is a great motivator for developing a consistent writing habit. For information, phone Pat Kenny, Reference and Technology Librarian, at 949-2850.

Note: The group begins with a social half-hour at 6 p.m., before meeting formally at 6:30 p.m.

Alcohol Ink Silk Scarves
Tuesday, July 21 at 6 p.m. and Wednesday, July 22 at 10:30 a.m.

We will explore how to use alcohol in on silk scarves to create a gorgeous summer accessory to our wardrobes. Participants should register for only one class. Note: Registration opens on Tuesday, July 7 at 6 p.m.​

Seashell Planter
Tuesday, August 18, 6 p.m., or Wednesday, August 19, 10:30 a.m.
Harmony Library 
Participants will decorate a terracotta pot with seashells and then fill in the crevices with sanded grout.
