Cookbook Club

Cookbook Club
Monday, August 1, 6 p.m., Harmony Library

Our August meeting will feature the book Endless Summer by Katie Lee. Fresh, locally sourced food is the hallmark of Lee's cooking. A native of West Virginia, Katie Lee now lives in the Hamptons.

This is how the club works: every month, pick up a copy of that month's cookbook selection at the Harmony Library. Choose a recipe to make and prepare it for the next month's meeting. We will sample each other's dishes and discuss our cooking experiences. If you would like to join the Cookbook Club, register below and then drop by the library to pick up a copy of the book.
